Consider key features of your neighborhood and create your home around those features. If you live in an area known for its great school district and proximity to parks or playgrounds then consider fixing several of the bedrooms as children’s bedrooms to appeal to families. If you live close to a professional district then consider an area of your home arranged as an office to appeal to the working professionals. If you live walking distance fun restaurant and bar options then decorate your second bedroom as a guest bedroom.

Working with your real estate professional to ensure they know all the great features of not only your home but also the neighborhood will also assist them in highlighting these features during showings and adding them to marketing material.
